Eyebrows Frequently Asked Questions

  • a) It'd be depending on your personal preference and your current eyebrow condition as both our misty brows or strokes brows are natural.

    b) If you have done eyebrows previously and your current eyebrows have changed to other colours and color correction is needed, misty brows will be more likely to be able to cover up your old brows. Do send us a picture of your eyebrows for further advice.

    c) If you just wish to have fuller eyebrows and not so obvious make up look, you may go for microbladings/ nanostrokes brows.

  • We will apply numb cream for at least 30 minutes before we start the embroidery process and will keep reapplying during the process to ensure painless and comfortable experience.

    Do let us know if you feel any stinging feeling during the process and we will reapply numb cream for you. Don’t be afraid to voice out as our skin absorption rate varies individually.

  • Normally the process takes around 2-2.5 hours as each individual's eyebrow condition is different.

    For those who needs longer time for numbing to take effect and those who require eyebrow modification or adjustment may take slightly longer time.

  • It's actually depending on the time taken for numbing to take effect instead of amount being applied.

    As skin absorption rate is different for each individual, so some customers may require more than 30 minutes for numbing effect to take place.

    Excessive amount of numb cream may cause inflammation on the eyebrows area.

  • It’s recommended to draw your eyebrow after the peeling is completed. Removing eyebrow make up during the peeling process may cause bad color retention.

  • Yes, you may still do your eyebrow during menstrual period. However, numbing effect may wear off faster hence might need to reapply numb cream more frequently.

  • Please send us a picture of your current eyebrows for further advice. If your previous brows have faded a lot then you may still go for line strokes eyebrows. Or else, laser removal will be recommended for best results.

  • Normally it's not recommended for pregnant lady to go through any embroidery process. However, if you insist and you have permission given from your doctor, we may still proceed for the treatment but we will not be responsibled for any consequences.

  • Eyebrow and the skin around may experience slight discomfort after the process (stinging or tension). Hence, it's recommended to do facial after scabbings are fully peeled off preferably 1 week later.

    However if you can't miss your facial appointment then maybe you can ask your beautician to avoid the eyebrow area and bear with the minor discomfort feelings for skin areas around your eyebrow.

  • Yes, embroideries are allowable during breastfeeding period. However any breast milk produced within 4 hours after the treatment will need to be disposed off.

  • Mild diabetes patient is still allowable but only misty brows and nano 6D are more recommended as the wounds are minimal compared to microbladings.

    If you had a small cut and is not able to heal within 3-5 days then we would not recommend you to do embroideries.

    However, it's advisable to consult with your doctor before making an appointment with us.

  • Whether or not you have done eyebrows before, we will help you design the eyebrows shape according to your face feature, golden ratio as well as your muscle movement and etc.

    It’d be even better to speak out if you have any ideas in mind so that we can understand your preference better and ensure you're satisfied with the results.

  • It's possible to redo your eyebrow if you really don’t wish to do laser but the outcome may be slighlty darker than usual. We can only try our best to help you adjust the shape and balance, as well as help you retone your eyebrow colour to make it as natural as possible.

    However, there might be some extra parts that require partly laser which we can only know after we design and adjust the shape for you.

  • Eyebrow normally can last around 1-1.5 years but it really depends on your skin condition.

    If you wish to maintain the eyebrow shape and color, it's best recommended to touch up once a year. For oily skin it's recommended to touch up every 8-10 months.
