Crystal Lips Frequently Asked Questions

  • We will apply numb cream for at least 30 minutes before we start the embroidery process and will keep reapplying during the process to ensure painless and comfortable experience.

    Do let us know if you feel any stinging feeling during the process and we will reapply numb cream for you. Don’t be afraid to voice out as our skin absorption rate varies individually.

  • Normally the process takes around 2-2.5 hours as each individual's lips condition is different.

    For those who needs longer time for numbing to take effect may take slightly longer time.

  • It's actually depending on the time taken for numbing to take effect instead of amount being applied.

    As skin absorption rate is different for each individual, so some customers may require more than 30 minutes for numbing effect to take place.

    Excessive amount of numb cream may cause your lips to get more swollen.

  • You may apply thin layer of repair serum during peeling process and remove after 2-3 minutes. After your lips are fully peeled off, you may apply thick layer of Vaseline overnight to keep your lips moisture. Vaseline is more recommended instead of lip balm as vaseline is pure petroleum jelly without adding any fragrance or colouring.

  • It's not recommended for pregnant lady to do lips embroidery as the anasthesia being used is stronger coompared to eyebrows.

  • Yes, embroideries are allowable during breastfeeding period. However any breast milk produced within 4 hours after the treatment will need to be disposed off.
