We will apply numb cream for around 45-60 minutes on your hairline or scalp as the treatment area is bigger compared to eyebrows and eyeliners. We will also reapply numb cream during the process if necessary to ensure painless and comfortable experience.
Do let us know if you feel any stinging feeling during the process and we will reapply numb cream for you. Don’t be afraid to voice out as our skin absorption rate varies individually.
Normally the process takes around 2-3hours depending on how big is the area to be treated.
Normally we will apply numb cream for around 45 minutes to one hour, however some customers may require more than 1 hour as scalp area might take longer time for the numbing cream to get effective.

You may dye your hair before the treatment or 2 weeks after the treatment (after scabbings are fully peeled off).
Actually you may dye any color at your preference as the area that we are doing is on your hairline and hair scalp. When your baby hairs grow out it will be in black color anyway.
If you’re afraid of the color difference you may choose to dye brown series for your haircolor.
Hairline or SMP are being done on the upper layer of the skin and therefore wouldn’t harm the hair follicles.
Some say it may help regeneration of hair follicles which is why it's advisable to use hair growth related product (e.g. hair tonic) for better effect.
